Meet the Chef: David Whiting

​Red Newt co-founder and winemaker David Whiting has donned the toque in the kitchen for 2014 with a new menu that is informal, comforting, paced for today's times, and is a nod to the localvore roots of the Red Newt Bistro.· "I've been intimately involved with the culinary program behind the scenes for the past 20 years in the Bistro, and before that in our catering business," notes David.· "I am excited to be cooking, and leading the kitchen team in the Bistro."·
