Meet the Chef: Jacen Ayers

Jacen Ayers is an experienced artisan and has been cooking in the Southern Finger Lakes for the past 22 years, with excursions to Florida for his vast seafood experience.  His expertise in creative dishes brings our fine local products to the forefront this week.  He enjoys talking to local farmers and learning more about how their practices impact the quality and taste of the product. He would like to thank all of our local venders, especially Blue Heron Acres for their dedication to quality.
