​Chef Vachel Mitchell, or "Mitch" as some call him, has been the Executive Chef at the Ginny Lee since 2004.

​

Mitch is a 1991 Graduate of the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park.  He first learned to cook from his father, who was a chef as well, and has now been Executive Chef with seven different restaurants. 

​

Mitch loves the personalized service he is able to provide to couples who choose The Ginny Lee for their wedding ceremonies and receptions.  He gets to know each and every bride and groom in order to create the perfect meal and the perfect experience for each couple. 

​

Mitch is inspired by French and American cuisines and emulates those styles in his dishes.​
